95% Placement Rate (2025)

Throughout the course of the year, we'll be collecting placement information on our 2026 graduates. Based on our track record, we expect stellar results. Our 2025 graduates enjoyed an outstanding 95% placement rate. That means within six months after graduating, 95% of our 2025 graduates were in full-time positions or graduate school. And, importantly, the placement rate is based on a 97% response rate from our 2025 graduates.

Meet Simran Kaur, BA ’26

Simran was a force for leadership and service at �ǿմ�ý. From founding a campus organization to being awarded a prestigious U.S. State Department scholarship to study in China, she aimed skyward. A first-generation college graduate, Simran’s goal is to become an Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG).

Meet Dylan McDevitt, BS ’26

Dylan managed to keep a big secret at Ohio Northern University. No one, not even his family or close friends, knew he was Klondike. But while he kept his Polar Bear persona under wraps, there was one thing he couldn’t hide: his reputation as a stellar, one-of-a-kind guy. Dylan secured a position as a field engineer at CK Construction Group in Columbus, Ohio.

Meet Samantha McCord, PharmD ’26

Samantha’s favorite �ǿմ�ý memories include providing vital pharmacy services in the Dominican Republic with Northern Nurses Without Borders, and meeting her Polar Bear Sweetheart, Brenton Brock, BSN ’24. Next, she’s completing a two-year residency at the Ohio State University while earning a Master of Science in pharmacy leadership. She and Brenton plan to marry in August 2027.

Meet Mark Mintzlaff, BSCPE ’26

Mark was able to combine his interest in computer engineering with his passion for lacrosse. Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, her initially considered larger universities. However, after looking closer at �ǿմ�ý, he realized the small class environment was exactly what he needed to succeed. He’s landed a position as a software developer at Spectrum in Missouri.
